This condo restoration included a full bathroom remodel: a marble-tiled tub and shower surround, subway tile, and new trim run to match the original millwork elsewhere in the unit. The building's period window sat directly in the wet wall, so the tile layout and waterproofing had to be worked around it rather than through it.
The rest of the project covered the living room and bedroom, where we refinished the hardwood floors, installed new window and door trim throughout, and preserved original details including the ornate brass door hardware and mortise locks.
If you are planning something similar, our bathroom remodeling page covers the scopes we work in, published price ranges, and how a project runs from first call to final walkthrough.
